Alan as a UXD professional: Alan has worked in IT since 1982 and has a blue chip background – working for Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC), he was promoted to Senior Consultant. His UXD experience began in 1993 and includes work for e.g., PeopleSoft, nPower and Bank of America. His international experience covers the UK, France, Italy, Germany, and the USA.
Ritch as a UXD professional: Ritch has worked in IT since 1985 and has a blue chip background – working for Data General Corporation, he was promoted to be the UK’s youngest ever Senior Consultant. His UXD experience began in 1995 and includes work for e.g., Electronic Data Systems (EDS), Vodafone and Thomson-Reuters. Ritch has a PhD in HCI from the prestigious Ergonomics and Safety Research Institution (ESRI) at Loughborough University, has published numerous papers on usability in referred journals/books, and was part of the editorial team for the “Encyclopedia of human computer interaction” (2007). His international experience spans 15 countries.
